We take great pride in helping folks in our area to enjoy all of the benefits that come with a healthy, beautiful smile. We love interacting with our patients and getting to know them on a personal level, and we thought you might like to get to know us too. That’s why we’ve started this blog. We hope it will become your go-to resource for all the info you need to keep your mouth in great condition, and it’s where you’ll be able to learn all about our practice. To kick things off, we would like to introduce ourselves as your dentist in Pittsburgh.
Dr. Colleen Cain recently bought the practice from Dr. Hurley, who has worked in dentistry for over 30 years. Dr. Colleen has been practicing dentistry for several years and looks forward to many more. Although she already received an excellent education at Temple University School of Dentistry, she devotes many hours each year to extra training. Her goal is to hone her skills so she can truly excel in her profession.
Dr. Colleen and her husband have two wonderful children. Their family loves to explore new restaurants, hang out at the beach, and travel to new places.
Dentistry should be convenient, which is why we offer a broad range of services — hopefully, you’ll never have to go anywhere else to get your teeth cared for! Here is just a sampling of what you can expect from us:
- Preventive dentistry. Preventive services, such as cleanings and checkups, set the stage for a lifetime of healthy smiles.
- Restorative dentistry. From dental implant restorations to extractions, root canal therapy, and more, we can get your damaged smile on the road to recovery.
- Cosmetic dentistry. A beautiful smile can do wonders for your appearance and your confidence. Talk to us about direct bonding, metal-free restorations, and professional teeth whitening.
- Advanced services and technology. Sore jaw? You may need TMD therapy. We also use state of the art technology in our office, including intraoral cameras and digital x-rays.
Why We’re Different
At previous dentists you’ve visited, did you feel like a person or a just another job they had to get done? We want everyone who comes into our office to feel like family, which is why we’ll always take the time to explain any treatments we recommend. We’ll listen to your concerns, and we’ll never pressure you into getting a specific treatment.
We don’t want you to have to worry about payment, so we accept many forms of insurance. We’ll even file your claims for you. No insurance? We can help you apply for CareCredit so you can break up the cost of your dental treatment into management monthly payments.
Dr. Colleen and the rest of our team look forward to meeting you!
